We will build your custom home on your site
or help you choose one from
the many available in this area. We know the area and will help you
select a site that fits your needs. We also have our own home sites
available for your selection. You many wish to choose a home from one
of our custom model homes we have under construction for sale at
different stages.
We are not tract builders but do build a
select few custom model homes for sale at stages that gives you the
option to select the finish you desire plus an early completion date.
TIME
We can build your custom home on a
reasonable schedule. The start time
is when you are ready; the finish depends on you. Our construction time
varies from 3.5 to 5 months depending on size, location, your selection
process and of course the weather.
